Early Pregnancy Problems and Management

Early Pregnancy Problems and Management
Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists

The aim of this course is to update consultants and trainees on recent developments in early pregnancy management. There are more than 250 Early Pregnancy Units (EPU) across the UK which provide frontline patient care and essential training areas. The EPU can provide an attractive opportunity for MMC posts and specialist training activity. Working within an EPU is now a direct clinical contact session for many consultants and trainees without specific meeting support for dissemination and discussion of principles of evidence based practice. This course attempts to correct this perception and hopefully will provide a start to a continuing dialogue between users, clinical and support staff. As innovations in diagnosis and management in EP care are continually evolving this course has been constructed to allow dissemination of knowledge.
